Terms of Service

1. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the business you register. Keep login links, PINs and devices secure. The business owner controls modules and employee permissions and is responsible for removing access promptly.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Millennium for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity; unsolicited communications; credential theft; security testing without authorization; regulated decisions that require professional judgment; or content that violates another person's rights. Do not bypass limits, approval gates or tenant boundaries.

3. Email and AI assistance

You choose whether to connect Gmail and which permissions to grant. You are responsible for reviewing recipients, facts, commitments and attachments before sending. AI summaries, classifications and drafts can be wrong. Millennium is not a lawyer, accountant, medical provider or emergency service.

4. Calling, SMS and dispatch

You must have lawful consent and comply with calling, recording, telemarketing, quiet-hour and messaging-registration requirements. Automated calls must use required disclosures. Millennium Receptionist may only operate within configured services, schedules, budgets and escalation rules. Do not use it for emergency response.

5. Payments and usage balance

Stripe-hosted services process payment information. Displayed processing and Millennium platform fees apply to completed transactions. Usage Balance is prepaid service credit, not a bank account, deposit or stored-value cash product. Promotional credits have no cash value. Purchased credits are applied to eligible usage and are generally non-refundable once consumed, except where law requires otherwise. Exact beta rates are displayed before activation or purchase.

6. Customer data

Each business is responsible for having a lawful basis to provide customer and employee information to Millennium and for configuring access appropriately. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Google, Stripe, Twilio and other providers have separate terms, availability and approval requirements. Millennium is not responsible for a third party's suspension, outage or policy decision, but will use reasonable safeguards and provide accurate status where practical.

8. Beta availability and changes

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, limit or suspend a feature to protect customers, comply with law, address provider requirements or prevent loss. We will avoid misleading claims about unfinished integrations or unvalidated physical products.

9. Intellectual property

Millennium owns the platform, brand and underlying software except for customer content and third-party components. You retain rights in content you provide and grant Millennium the limited permission needed to operate enabled services.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Millennium is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Millennium service during the three months before the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited.

11. Termination and deletion

You may stop using modules, disconnect providers or request account deletion. We may suspend access for security, nonpayment or material violation. Required transaction, security and legal records may be retained. See Data Deletion Instructions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
